Batch freezers
The indispensable batch freezer for your ice cream shop: just one button, many programs available. Labotronic HE H has High Efficiency technology which determines maximum performance of the ice cream freezing cycle, with savings in electricity and water consumption of up to 30% compared to at the same volume produced with the mixers of the RTX and previous lines. It is possible to produce the special Crystal ice cream, ideal for quickly creating desserts of any shape, thanks to the easily mouldable consistency. Thanks to the Hard-O-Dynamic® Adaptive system, the machine recognizes automatically quantity and type of mixture, dynamically modulates the cold and hot gas, optimizing the heat exchange during freezing. 2 programs with the heating function are also available: the mixture is prepared directly in the batch freezer, where it is heated, pasteurized and transformed into ice cream.

Pasteurizer
Pastomaster HE ensures large savings on water consumption, up to 30%, compared to the pasteurizers of the RTX line. The machine is equipped with the patented "Adaptive" technology which takes care of the mixture. The exchange pump guarantees high micronization of the fat globules to obtain a creamy and stable ice cream; the monolithic cup ensures maximum hygiene even with the use of raw milk and the new design of the conveyor allows you to manage mixtures with different viscosities. It is possible to manage minimum charge levels without running the risk of burning the mixture thanks to the exclusive bath system -maria ''dry''.

Montapanna
The Carpigiani machine for whipping cream and producing semifreddos, sweet and savory mousses. It is possible to equip the machine with a nozzle kit of different sizes and shapes, both in steel and plastic to decorate the products quickly and easily. The capacity of the bowl is 2 L. The machine is equipped with a control for variable and constant dispensing.

Soft
The Carpigiani machine, 2 flavors plus mix, ideal for producing soft ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurt. Thanks to the Hard-O-Tronic® electronic control system, it is possible to set the desired consistency quickly and easily. You can choose between the pump or gravity feeding system, with overrun adjustment even with a full tank. The gravity version, with a tank capacity of 18+18 L, allows for a maximum of 40% overrun, for compact and dry ice cream. The pump version, with a tank capacity of 12+12 L, can incorporate up to 80% overrun, for a creamier ice cream. It is possible to equip the machine with the Star door, specific for the use of the nozzles of the single-portion kit and the new jaggers, with which to customize the style and shape of the soft ice cream. It is possible to equip the machine with the Winter door, which allows the use of two completely separate cylinders inhibiting the central part. Further flexibility that can be used, both in the washing and production phases. The machine is air condensed, water optional. It is possible to choose whether to equip the machine with the automatic self-pasteurisation system, which allows you to wash the machine up to a maximum interval of 42 days.

Thanks to the presence of the Inverter it has 9 stirring speeds, 4 of which are intermittent speeds, which allow greater flexibility in preparations, managing your recipes in the best possible way. Pastochef RTL-I is Carpigiani's multifunction machine, which manages temperatures from 0°C to 105°C, designed for pastry making and gastronomic recipes.
